T Step To Fitnes is a dance exercise class geared towards lifetime results! In our program not only will you get to learn about how to move what body parts in order to lose the weight you desire, but how to change your life and actually keep the weight off! Both myself and the physical trainer I am working have lost over 100+ pounds each and have managed to keep it off going on a decade now. T Step To Fitness is being brought to the community to show that sometimes slow and steady is key.
